Words are like a magic wand that carries the power to create new realities. If you learn to wave your wand through love, you will begin unlocking extraordinary realities. Every single word we speak carries a unique frequency, and every word makes us feel a certain way. Using our senses to feel which words lift us and which ones shrink us is the key to unlocking inner freedom. Your words have the power to liberate both yourself and those around you. Start noticing the words you use every day. Which sentences are running on autopilot inside your mind? It is time to release the ones that are no longer in alignment with your soul’s truth. You are here to play with your thoughts, to dance with creation, and you are free to choose the words and thoughts that make your heart feel alive. If there are certain thoughts that no longer feel true to you, ask yourself: What would I like to think instead?

Let’s take a simple example. Perhaps a limiting belief like, “Nobody truly cares about me,” arises. You can shift this into: “People deeply care about me.” This is a subtle and simple change in words, yet it is incredibly powerful when you begin to believe in the new words. If your body feels resistance to this new belief, give yourself time to adjust. Keep choosing to believe that from now on, you will only live in a reality where people authentically care about you, and it will be. Feel it. See it. Believe it. And your reality will begin to shift. You are a being of love, and you have the power to help your body move into the reality your heart desires. Your words have the capacity to change your entire life. Once you recognize the power of your words, you also realize that you are in the driver’s seat of your experience.
