Standard orders are processed within 3 – 4 business days.

 

 

Pre-orders items may take longer to ship.

Estimated delivery time Denmark: 2-3 business days.

Estimated delivery time USA:10–15 business days.

Estimated delivery time Europe:7–15 business days.

Customs & Import Taxes

 

• If you live outside Denmark and Europe, your local customs office may charge VAT, import duties, or handling fees when your order arrives. These fees are the responsibility of the buyer. Reach out to us if you’d like help estimating what these extra fees might look like in your country.

• For customers within the EU, since we ship from Denmark, there are no extra VAT or customs duties.

Returns & Refunds.

 

All sales are final. We accept only return of unopened deck, so if the plastic have been removed, we will not accept return.  The customer pays for return shipping. Once it is returned and inspected, a refund will be issued for the cost of the deck only.
